Tattoo Artist Luke “Flamingo” Price
Hi I’m Luke Flamingo Price, a Queer Pagan Artist from Georgia. I’m attracted to anything related to Cartoons, Horror, Pokemon, or House Plants. I’ve loved creating art in any form since a baby and have been an artist as long as I can remember. After High school I had won several scholarships for my black and grey portraits which I used to attend Savannah College of Art and Design where I studied illustration. My artistic aesthetic is adorable and creepy, and I love that.
After working in black and grey and confined rules for years I started my graphic design business “Luke Price Studio ” to explore other ways to create. I started pursuing a much more free and expressive way to draw and paint that really broke my photorealistic mold. I love bright colors and bold lines, but can draw just about anything. I describe my portraits now as sigil based portraits and feel there is a connection with each of the subjects I have drawn. If the idea is a little weird or creepy, you can go ahead and assume I am interested. I moved to KCMO in 2021 with my Husband and fell in love with the city. I am working on my apprenticeship currently and am excited to hear your ideas! Can I get an Amen!?
